Use My Teams and All Teams to view who has been scheduled to the plan.
My Teams are teams in which you are a leader, assigned to a position, or scheduled for this plan.
Schedule People to the Plan
Tap the "+" (plus) icon to add/remove Needed Positions, Schedule a Person, or Import a Template you've made on the web:
Increase or Decrease the amount of Needed Positions by tapping "+" (plus) or "-" (minus) icons:
Contact Team Members
Email your teams by tapping the Envelope icon on the right corner:
Use the options to:
- Select the type of message: text or email.
- Message people of a particular confirmation status.
- Deselect/Select specific teams.
- Choose specific recipients by tapping on the "__ people selected" section at the bottom.
Contact a Team Member Directly
Tap on a team member's name to quickly send them a text message, email, or phone call.
