Receive notifications in the mobile app for scheduling requests or all Planning Center emails by managing your notifications in Settings.
To enable app notifications, tap Settings from the Sidebar Menu, and then tap Settings again.
Tap Settings again to access the Settings page.
Tap notifications that you want to show up on your device.
- If you enable Scheduling request notifications, you'll receive push notifications for scheduling request emails.
- If you enable Email notifications, you'll receive push notifications for all of your Planning Center emails.
In order to receive reminder emails, both Scheduling request notifications and Email notifications need to be enabled.
If you have push notifications enabled, and if Services LIVE is open and you leave the Services app with LIVE still open, you'll get a push notification for chat messages. Once you close LIVE in the app, you'll stop receiving those notifications.
Make sure that your Android device settings are enabled to receive notifications.
