Create or copy a plan

When you're ready to plan your service and schedule your volunteers, create a new plan. You can start from scratch, use a template if it's a service you do regularly, or copy the plan if it's a unique worship order, like a holiday you've done in the past! 

You can create a plan in any service type where you are an editor or administrator. You can only copy a plan using Services web.

Create a new plan

1. Select Plans from the bottom navigation.

2. If you have multiple folders, select the folder where you'd like to create a new plan.

3. Select the service type where you'd like to create a new plan.

4. Tap the ➕ plus sign icon in the bottom right of the page.

5. Enter the details for your new plan(s):

   • Tap the Template field to select a template for these new plans.

   • Tap Quantity to select how many plans you'd like to create.

   • Tap Starting On to select a starting date for your plan(s). If you're creating multiple plans, your plans will start on this date and recur according to your service type's frequency setting.

   • Times will be automatically copied from the most recent plan in this service type.

6. Tap Save in the top right to create your plan(s) and go to your new plan page.
